Our District 37 Toastmasters International group recently launched some incentives to help grow membership in our District. Clubs that grow four, eight or ten new members earn a gift that can be used by all the club members. We gave these incentives special names to remember the various levels:
More with Four - A Club will receive a Toastmasters Presentation Timer
Great with Eight - A Club will receive a Kensington Presentation Remote Clicker
Zen with Ten - A club will receive a Toastmasters rolling cart
We did a "soft launch" of this incentive program a few weeks ago with some of our Division leaders, and it will be released in a Toastmasters newsletter today. We're excited about these new ways that clubs can earn gifts to help all the club members! So far, we've received great feedback, and clubs are encouraged to spread the word and gain new membership!
